You are fully responsible for the locations, property, people, and data you monitor with ChangeAIQ at all times. ChangeAIQ is an added tool and a helping hand. It does not replace human judgement, legally required inspections, certified safety systems, insurance, security guards, or any other control you are required to maintain by law, contract, or company policy.

ChangeAIQ and its owner StrandaData are not responsible in any way for any issues, changes, losses, damages, delays, missed events, false positives, false negatives, or any other claims that arise from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, losses from theft, burglary, fire, water damage, accidents, inventory errors, or any change that the service did or did not detect. You use ChangeAIQ entirely at your own risk.

ChangeAIQ uses artificial intelligence to compare images and describe what it sees. AI can make mistakes. A missed object, a wrong count, a mislabelled item, or a change that is not reported does not mean the scene is unchanged or safe. Always verify important results yourself.

You must keep your login details secure and use ChangeAIQ lawfully. You may not use the service to monitor people, spaces, or data you are not entitled to monitor, or for any illegal, harmful, or discriminatory purpose.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Continued use of ChangeAIQ after the changes means you accept the updated terms.
